HOUDINI

GELDING - 2011
GRAY - Missouri Fox Trotter
REGISTERED - NO

Houdini is a great horse! He has great ground manners, and a great disposition. We bought him at 4 years old, he is now 13. He came from Missouri to Montana, and can do many things. He packs well, has herded cattle, and packed elk. He pickets, hobbles, and has been on a lunge line. He has great ground manners, has never been aggressive, will stand tied for hours, stands still to get on, and can be ridden by anyone. His coloring changes with the seasons, from dark grey to almost white. Multiple rookies have ridden him hunting in the wilderness, and they got along great! Houdini is not barn soured or herd soured, and does well with a pack saddle and crupper. Houdini is very patient, shoes well, and loads or unloads with no issues. My wife and daughter have ridden him extensively, as well as kids and novices. He's often been ridden in groups with quarter horses, and will walk or gait at any speed you want him to. Houdini is well-rounded, very safe, and a joy to be around and to ride!
