The Top Selling Mule of the sale and received the MULE BUCKLE was a 6 year old, Molly Mule, Chestnut in color, named "SISTER" 15.2 hh. She is broke beyond belief, lays down for mounting, very trained to go and do anything, and would be that way everyday of the year. She was sold for $14.500.00. She was brought from Clarksburg MO. by Justin, Jessica, and Josie Long. The new owner is Lynn Gralian from Spring Creek, NV.

Top Selling Gelding also came to us from Clarksburg MO. by Justin, Jessica, and Josie Long, who also won the Horse Buckle. "MAGIC MARKER" is a big, stout, loud colored TWH  blk/wh Tobiano Paint Gelding. He's 8 yrs old and stands  15.2 hands tall. Amazing, well trained, extremely gentle on the ground and in the saddle. Will climb every mtn., go over and through anything. Has been used to push cattle. Great all round horse. Magic sold for $20,500.00 to the Wood River Ranch, in Meeteetse WY. I'm sure he will be happy in Wonderful Wyoming.

Another great sale has come and gone. A Big Kuddos to all the buyers, sellers and spectators, that love gaited horses and mules as much as we do. It's always a special Father's Day for this one of a kind, once a Year event. 44 years is a long time and has gotten better every year. With out  ALL of you, we could not of had such great and successful sales. You get to see ole friends, meet new friends and most of all get to see and buy The Best of the Best Horses and Mules.Thank you once again, from the bottom of our hearts, Buyers, Sellers and Friends. Thank you to MM Auctions for Live Webcasting, Ohana Shave Ice for Food and Cool Refreshments and to all our Workers Bees and Relatives, that help us every year to make our sale a success. Papa Richie would be proud. We're now headed to 2023 for the 45th annual WABGH&M Sale. Blessings to ALL. Hope to see you a next year. Happy Trails, Until We Meet Again.

Sale Results 
We had 40 head of Great Horses and Mules this year. A smaller Sale due to the Economy and High Gas Prices. It was still a great day. 
We had 16 Geldings, ages from Yrlg. to 10 yrs. that avg. in price $9390.50/hd. Really fancy, well mannered fellas. 5 hd. aging, 10 yrs. and up, that avg. $4740.00. 
6 Classy Mares, ages 6 to 15 yrs. averaging $ 6491.50 choice of colors.
 3 Sorrel, 2 Sorrel/Wh. Paints, and 1 Chocolate. They will make good Mamas, if you so desire. They averaged $6491.50.
2 Yrlg. Stud Colt and were both Registered MFT. 1 Perlino in color and 1 Sorrel, good looking young fellas, both would make for great breeders prospects. They avg. $1675.00. 
And then comes the mules. There were 6 Molly Mules that entered the ring, ages 5-23 yrs. All were Mtn. broke and packed, very nice seasoned ladies, gentle and easy to handle. Take you anywhere you want to go. They avg. $6166.50. Only had 1 John Mule, bay in color, 2 yrs. old. Not very big yet, but he sure is mighty. A 5 yr old little Cowboy rode FREDERICK through the ring. Fred is easy to handle, well mannered and a wonderful caretaker of kids. Goes anywhere you point him. Scott says he's gentle as a dead pig. Carter rides him ALL over the place. Frederick brought $6000.00.
