2026 Sale Date.

A Few notes and reminders:
#1: SELLERS: Please make sure you have all your paperwork in order to make the transfer to the buyers easy.
#2: SELLERS: All horses entering the fairgrounds must have a negative Coggins Test within the past 6 months.
#3: SELLERS: A signed breeders certificate must accompany all bred mares and mares with foals at their sides.
#4: SELLERS: All horses and mules will be subject to a short vet inspection and his opinion stated. A $15.00 veterinarian inspection fee will be charged for each horse/mule. No copies or faxes are accepted by Wyoming Dept. of Agriculture.

#5: BUYERS: Please contact your bank/credit card companies to lift any limit restrictions on cards.
#6: BUYERS: If you plan on writing a check , you MUST have a bank letter of credit/good standing.
#7: BUYERS: If using a credit card or debit card, there will be a 4% processing fee added to your total.

#8: ONLINE BIDDERS: Gold Buckle horse sale will be charging your card on file an online bidding fee of 3%, this is their standard rate and that transaction is strictly between the online bidder and Gold Buckle Horse Sale.
#9: ONLINE BIDDERS: Winning bidders will be contacted for payment by our sales manager after the auction has been completed.
#10: ONLINE BIDDERS: If you have issues with the online bidding process, please contact Gold Buckle Directly as Heny Auctions does not have access to the software.
