Only 50 horses will be chosen for the sale by the sale manager.  Consignment submission does not guarantee a spot in the sale.  You will be contacted once a decision of the 50 horses has been made.  Please be thorough with your submissions.  

For multiple horses - you must complete a separate submission for each horse.  

All pictures must NOT be any bigger than 10MB in size.

CONDITIONS - PLEASE READ!
ALL HORSES MUST COMPLY WITH WYO. BRAND LAWS AND HAVE HEALTH PAPERS.
l. Consignment Submissions must be accompanied by the Consignment Fee and a COPY of the registration certificate if the horse is registered. The Consignment Fee is not refundable or transferable. (Once we receive your online submission & receive all required info, we will contact you to collect the consignment fee)
2. Consigning Registered Missouri Fox Trotters •ATTENTION• Also accepting consignments for other gaited horses and mules.
3. Consignors will be paid within 10 banking days from the day of sale.
4. A signed breeders certificate must accompany all bred mares and mares with foals at their sides.
5. The Wyoming All Breed Gaited Horse and Mule Sale and it's associates act as agents only on all sales and are not responsible for buyer/seller error or misunderstandings.
6. Any defects or bad habits must be called by the seller when horse/mule is sold. (Example: Cryptorchids, Cribbers, Cripples, etc.)
7. The Commission will be eight percent (8%) of the selling price. The consignor will have the privilege to pass out (no sale) his horse/mule while in the ring. NO EARLY SALES! $100 NO SALE FEE.
8. ONLY 50 horses and/or mules will be consigned to this sale and approved by the sale manager.
9. Only horses and mules consigned to the sale will be allowed on the sale grounds. All horses and mules sold during and after the sale within 48 hours will be subject to the eight percent (8%) sale commission in addition to the Consignment Fee. All consignments must go through the sale ring. Horses and mules will sell in catalog order, if at all possible.
10. Original current (within 6 months) Negative Coggins Test is required for all horses entering the grounds. All horses and mules will be subject to a short vet inspection and his opinion stated. A $15.00 veterinarian inspection fee will be charged for each horse/mule. No copies or faxes are accepted by Wyoming Dept. of Agriculture.
l l. Upon execution of this contract, Consignor agrees not to dispose of the horse/mule by private sale. Consignor further agrees not to withdraw his horse/mule except in case of serious injury or serious sickness and agrees to furnish the Wyoming All Breed Gaited Horse and Mule Sale with a notarized veterinary statement if requested. A substitution will be allowed for injured or sick horses/mules and will be printed in the catalog on entries received prior to the catalog deadline

IF PAYING VIA CREDIT  / DEBIT AN INVOICE WILL BE EMAILED TO YOU.  A 4% CONVENIENCE FEE WILL BE ADDED.
